Normal Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be in writing, and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our office. In the event that a booking cancellation is requested after the deposit has been paid, the cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule.
- From time of booking to 60 days 10% of remaining balance for file expenses
- 59-45 days 25% of remaining balance
- 44-30 days 50% of remaining balance
- 29-15 days 75% of remaining balance
- 14 – 00 days & Non Show 100% of remaining balance

Cancellation Policy Regarding The Coronavirus (COVID-19)
For a trip cancellation for concern or fear of travel associated with sickness, epidemic, or pandemic, our Normal Cancellation Policy (see above) applies, you are not entitled to a full refund.
If there is a confirmed diagnosis or quarantined as a result of Coronavirus, as an exception we will do our best rescheduling your trip, however this cannot be guaranteed as also it depends on our suppliers!
We strongly recommended purchasing “Cancel for Any Reason” travel insurance coverage.
With “Cancel for Any Reason” you can cancel for any reason whatsoever as long as you qualify for that benefit.
However, as each individual case is different, we will do our best to show maximum possible flexibility.
PaymentWe accept payments by credit cards bank transfers and cash. All credit card payments are processed locally in EURO by Dorcas Travel Ltd. Bank transfers will be to the beneficiary account of Dorcas Travel Ltd.
Confirmationonfirmation of your reservation along with vouchers, itinerary and instructions will be provided via email once all necessary local arrangements have been made on your behalf.
In order to confirm your booking, we require your credit card details to be submitted via our secure server or by bank transfer. A 50% (non refundable )deposit at the time of the booking. Balance should be paid 30 days prior your arrival dated, unless is otherwise specified.. Reservations made during the week will in normal circumstances to be confirmed within 24 hours. Confirmation of reservations made over weekends or public holidays, may however take slightly longer. If for any reason you do not receive notification please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
ComplaintsShould a situation require that a complaint be registered, guest is kindly requested to report this to the local representative at the time it occurred.

ResponsibilityDorcas Travel, hereinafter called the Tour Operator, and/or its representatives act only as agents between you and local land/tour operators, hotel, cruise and transportation companies and any other related travel company associated with the booking made through the said Tour Operator. The responsibility of the Tour Operator and/or its representatives is limited.
The Tour Operator and/or its representatives will not accept any responsibility in the event of the weather conditions, strikes, damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation, or the fault or default of any local land/tour operator, hotel, cruise and transportation companies and any other related travel company including their employees, associated with the booking made through the Tour Operator.
The Tour Operator and/or its representatives are not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passenger or by any other person, or reason.
By booking any tour, hotel, cruise, transportation, vehicle, package, flight and/or any related service, you acknowledge that in any event, the Tour Operator shall not be liable for any consequential damages, and that the sole extent of the Tour Operator’s liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the passenger.
Any disputes that may arise from the sale and use of said programs and/or other related services, must be negotiated and settled in the city, county and country of the booking Tour Operator. The Tour Operator reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person for a tour and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason.
The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event when the passenger is not on board of its aircraft.
Any payment received will represent your acceptance of the above stated conditions.
