    CONFIRMATION

    For booking requests placed online during working days (Monday – Friday) will be confirmed within 24 hours. Requests over weekends or public holidays, may take slightly longer.
    In order to confirm your booking a 30% nonrefundable deposit is required.
    Balance payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date, unless otherwise specified. Up to 48 hours prior to your arrival you will receive all necessary documents, (vouchers, finalized itinerary, tickets, names of your drivers, guides, etc.).

    IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

    All cancellation requests must be in writing, and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our office.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Applies ONLY for the balance payment:

    • 60 days prior to arrival date: No fees.
    • 59 – 35 days prior to arrival date: 50% cancellation fees apply.
    • 34 – 25 days prior to arrival date: 75% cancellation fees apply.
    • 24 – 0 days prior to arrival date: 100% cancellation fees apply.

    All persons named have accepted these Bookings Terms & Conditions. You will assume responsibility for informing all persons named in the booking with regards to relevant details and other pertinent details.

    Cancellation Policy Regarding The Coronavirus (COVID-19)

    We would like to inform you that on 13 April 2020 a new Greek Legislative Act was published in the Greek Official Gazette (Issue A, number 84, date 13/04/2020). With this new Law, the Greek Government has intervened in the tourism sector, so as to alleviate the negative effects of COVID-19. Such interventions are already in place in many other European Union member states. Article 71 of this new Greek Law provides that all advance payments for bookings that are or can be canceled during the period starting from 25/02/2020 until 30/09/2020 by any tour operator, who has his registered place of business either in Greece or abroad, due to COVID-19, shall not be returned but a voucher with value for 18 months will be issued instead.

  • Complaints

    Should a situation require that a complaint be registered, guest is kindly requested to report this to the local representative at the time it occurred.

  • Responsibility

    Dorcas Travel, hereinafter called the Tour Operator, and/or its representatives act only as agents between you and local land/tour operators, hotel, cruise and transportation companies and any other related travel company associated with the booking made through the said Tour Operator. The responsibility of the Tour Operator and/or its representatives is limited.

    The Tour Operator and/or its representatives will not accept any responsibility in the event of the weather conditions, strikes, damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation, or the fault or default of any local land/tour operator, hotel, cruise and transportation companies and any other related travel company including their employees, associated with the booking made through the Tour Operator.

    The Tour Operator and/or its representatives are not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passenger or by any other person, or reason.

    By booking any tour, hotel, cruise, transportation, vehicle, package, flight and/or any related service, you acknowledge that in any event, the Tour Operator shall not be liable for any consequential damages, and that the sole extent of the Tour Operator’s liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the passenger.

    Any disputes that may arise from the sale and use of said programs and/or other related services, must be negotiated and settled in the city, county and country of the booking Tour Operator. The Tour Operator reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person for a tour and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason.

    The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event when the passenger is not on board of its aircraft.

    Any payment received will represent your acceptance of the above stated conditions.
